He believes in strong insights to create emotional and powerful ideas that translate into any media. He’s tried to be less French, but it’s not possible. Now, his focus is fully on the work.

A highly successful Creative Director previously at VCCP and BBH. He’s most at home coming up with killer ideas or, in the mayhem of a crazy production, directing the action from the middle. He’s won a stack of awards but doesn’t like to brag.

His years of experience in digital & creative means he has a unique view and approach to production which help to overdeliver, keep the team on track and within budget.

Regularly trusted with million dollar budgets to produce success Virgin Media, Conde Nast and American Express. Lou’s co-ordinated major live international music events and produced TV shows for the BBC, C4, and C5. Lou loves to travel for work, especially when her husbands mother in law comes to stay.

The writers writer, employing all kinds of devices and approaches, but when it gets good, it’s because integrity shines through. He likes to bring strategy to the start of a challenge and, just as importantly, be there to apply the finishing touches.
Simon likes the idea of skydiving but can’t bring himself to jump out of a perfectly good plane.
